Ingredients
  • pan spray
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup almonds, chopped and roasted
Cooking Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 9x13 inch baking dish. In a bowl, combine next 7 ingredients. Add peaches. Pour into baking dish and bake for 25 minutes. Remove and sprinkle brown sugar and almonds on top. Return to oven and bake about 5-10 additional minutes, or until cobbler is well browned.
