Ingredients
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef (on sale!)
  • 2 Tbs. Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp. thyme, minced
  • 2 tsp. white wine
  • 1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. minced onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
Cooking Directions

Combine all ingredients. Shape into 4 patties. Broil until done as desired (3-4 minutes for rare meat, 5-7 minutes for medium meat, and 8-9 minutes for well-done meat).
