Ingredients
  • 1 honeydew melon, peeled, seeded and cut into bite size chunks
  • 1 papaya, halved, peeled, seeded and cut into bite size chunks
  • 1 pear, peeled, cored and cut into bite size chunks
  • 1 cup blueberries, picked over
  • 1 avocado, peeled, pitted and mashed (on sale!)
  • 2 Tbs. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt, optional
  • 1/2 cup orange juice (on sale!)
  • 2 Tbs. honey
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
Cooking Directions

Combine first 4 ingredients in a salad bowl. Combine remaining ingredients a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Pour dressing over fruit and toss before serving.
