Ingredients
  • 2 tsp. unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 Tbs. lemon juice
  • 3 Tbs. parsley, minced
  • 3 Tbs. scallions, minced, white part only
  • 4 Porterhouse steaks, fat trimmed (on sale!)
Cooking Directions

Place butter in a mixing bowl and beat until fluffy. Slowly beat in half the lemon juice. Stir in parsley and scallion. Chill parsley butter until ready to serve. Prepare grill or broiler. Season steaks with salt and pepper to taste and arrange on grill or broiler pan. Grill or broil 5-6 minutes per side for medium done meat. Drizzle with remaining lemon juice. Serve steaks with lemon parsley butter.
