Ingredients
  • 4 ribeye steaks, about 1/4 lb. each
  • 1 clove garlic, cut in half
Cooking Directions

Prepare grill or broiler. Rub both sides of steaks with garlic. Season with pepper to taste. Place steaks on grill and cook 4 minutes per side for medium rare meat. Season with salt to taste.
