Ingredients
  • 1 whole roasted chicken, sliced
  • 1/2 cup salad dressing, fruit flavored or blue cheese
  • 3 fresh pears, cored and sliced
  • 2 bunches arugula or dandelion leaves
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
Cooking Directions

Place pears in medium bowl; toss with salad dressing. Add arugula; toss again. Arrange arugula salad on each serving plate. Divide chicken slices and place on top of salad. Sprinkle with walnuts.
