Ingredients
  • 7-1/2 strawberries
  • 15 green seedless grapes
  • 1-1/2 mandarin oranges, split into segments
  • 15 pineapple chunks
  • 12 cheese cubes, caraway, Colby, cheddar, or Monterey Jack
  • small skewer or toothpick
  • 1/4 lb. soft-style cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 Tbs. honey
  • 1 tsp. freshly grated ginger root
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
Cooking Directions

Thread first 5 ingrediients on skewers or tooth picks. To make the dip, mix cream cheese, yogurt, honey, and ginger root thoroughly. Fold in pineapple. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve with kabobs.
