  • 1/4 lb. mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 2 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil
  • 8 medium fresh basil leaves, shredded
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/8 tsp. salt (optional)
  • 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
Cooking Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss. Serve with fresh bread.
